Who’s ready for a GIRLS TRIP this summer? I’m so excited to recap and share my Weekend Guide to West Palm Beach from my trip earlier this month. In case you missed it, I traveled to WPB with 3 of my girlfriends for a quick weekend trip in early May, and we had the best time exploring the area, window-shopping on Worth Avenue, and soaking in the Florida sun. If you’re a bride-to-be looking for the perfect bachelorette destination or a wife trying to plan a luxurious getaway with your spouse, THIS is the place for you! It’s colorful, high-class, full of charm, and it’s the perfect place to spend a long weekend.
If you’re traveling to West Palm Beach or thinking about planning a trip to the Palm Beach area, I hope this guide assists you with everything you need: where to stay, what to eat, and what to do/see! + You can check out my “West Palm Beach” IG Highlight HERE to see more details about our trip!
Where We Stayed
We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton – West Palm Beach location, and we all agreed that it couldn’t have been a better place to stay! This hotel was 5-star in every way: from the location, to the cleanliness, to the amenities, to the staff, and of course, the food. We were never left disappointed!
This particular Hilton is an all-in-one hotel, in my opinion. It’s located in the perfect part of West Palm Beach. You can walk to restaurants and shops, or you can take a 5-10 minute Uber to all of WPB’s must-see spots. It also has a beautiful pool with private cabanas and an outdoor bar that provides poolside service for food/drinks. The room itself was beautiful – spacious, clean, and it had stunning views of palm trees right outside our window.
One thing that sets this hotel apart from other beach-town hotels I’ve stayed at in the past is the FOOD! I’m determined that you could arrive at the Hilton for a long weekend without leaving once while still eating a variety of gourmet meals at The Galley restaurant. We ate there on our first night (drinks, appetizers, entrees, sides, AND a dessert), and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The menu is big enough to where you could order and be fulfilled by something new each night. Linking the full dinner menu HERE.

Where We Ate/Drank
City Cellar // This was the first place we ate upon arriving to WPB, and we were surprised at how good it was since it was our only unplanned meal of the weekend. It’s located directly across the street from the Hilton. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and it was super fresh and yummy! But I will say, I saw a couple of pizzas get delivered to surrounding tables that looked so darn good too. // MIDDAY MENU LINKED HERE
The Galley // As I mentioned above, we ate dinner here on our first night. It ultimately was my favorite meal of the entire weekend! It has both indoor and outdoor seating (pictured above), and the menu has a variety of options and cuisines. My top recommendations would have to be the New York Strip, the truffle fries, and the oven baked cookie. // DINNER MENU LINKED HERE
Avocado Grill // We ate dinner here on Friday night, and it was yet another meal that didn’t disappoint. It’s steps away from the waterway, has a mouth-watering list of cocktails, and the entrees are full of my favorite food: avocados. The environment of this restaurant embodies WPB to a T: chic, beautifully decorated, filled with palm leaves, and oh so vibrant. A few of us ordered and loved the Grilled Fish Tacos with Truffle Fries (pictured above). The fish was fresh, the fries were flavorful, and the portions were SO filling. // DINNER MENU LINKED HERE

What We Did/Saw
Shop on Worth Avenue // This was #1 on our list of “to-dos” since so many people rave about the shopping and beauty on this street! Money definitely talks in this area. It’s full of stores such as Bottega Veneta, Chanel, Gucci, the original Lilly Pulitzer, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., and more! This is also the area where you’ll find a few of the famous Palm Beach hotels (The Colony & The Breakers).
The Infamous Turquoise Door // Isn’t it strange how a social media platform can make a DOOR famous? This is located one street over from Worth Avenue, and it’s definitely a beautiful and IG-worthy backdrop!
The Colony Hotel // Pictured above, this hotel is the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing hotel I have ever seen. A girly girl’s dream! It has a pink exterior, beautiful interior design, it’s located right on the ocean, and the pool is magnificent. We actually had a lunch reservation here that we unfortunately ended up having to cancel due to timing. This hotel takes “luxe” to a whole new level, and it’s another perfect spot full of IG-worthy backdrops!
Hit the Pool/Beach // You can’t travel to WPB without spending some time poolside and on the ocean. We spent several hours in a private cabana at the Hilton (pictured above) while enjoying the best poolside chicken tenders and fries! On our last day, we also got to spend some time along the ocean near The Colony hotel. It was beautiful and well-kept!
The Breakers Palm Beach // If we had more time, we planned on going to this historic, Renaissance-revival style luxury hotel to grab a bite to eat or just explore the grounds. Just look at the pictures and read the reviews – it’s upscale, oceanfront, and beyond opulent.
